Mobil 1 Synthetic Universal Grease Cartridge (12.5 oz.)

I've bought this grease twice. Both times, the red oil separated from the base grease, and leaked out of the grease gun and all the parts I lubed with it. There's red oil on my driveway, on my shop floor, on my hands, and everywhere I set down the grease gun. How is it supposed to lubricate properly, if there is oil constantly seeping out of the joints?
