Heavy Duty Tire Gauge with Large Dial, Flex Hose

Very useful and great for someone like me with a bad back. Bending and stooping to use a conventional gauge was always a real pain. With this unit and it's large easy to read dial, it's a piece of cake. Highly recommend.

Bleed and short hose are convenient but gauge was off by >5 PSI. After disassembling and adjusting needle now reads correct but disappointing to have to repair. And yea, the rubber smells bad - removing rubber case and washing in soapy water minimized smell.

Right out of the package I used it first on the front tire of my bike and the gauge and pressure release worked fine and then I used it on the back tire and the pressure gauge read zero. The release malfunctioned after the first use, so the dial would go back to zero right after you pulled the gauge off the tire. I put it back in the box and returned to Amazon.com immediately! I do NOT recommend!

I got this for my husband, as a Christmas stocking stuffer. He absolutely loves it. It's easy to read and has a nice flex hose which makes it simple to use in any position.

Easy to read white gauge, good two way valve and flex hose makes insertion into tire easy. Not too big, not too small. Smelled weird for a couple days (strong chemical smell) but then smell wore off. Best tire gauge I've ever bought!
